Element Austin Round Rock Hotel

Front desk service was unprofessional and disappointing.

The property was fairly clean with very very helpful and professional staff. Location short walk to several areas, and Round Rock. A really enjoyable way to end my weekend.

Location: the hotel was right by common areas and Round Rock. Local fast food option Pita Fusion was 5 minutes walk away. The a double room was well-appointed with climate control and a couch bed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was big size...

The kitchenette was convenient for preparing

Snacks and light meals. The hotel had a modern feel, but certain areas lacked cleanliness. The front desk was often busy, and it took too long for service. I appreciated the pet-friendly policy.

Just a reliable pick for strolling around in Round Rock with value for price. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals . Consider bringing your own essentials for better comfort.

Free parking was a plus, but wi-fi kept cutting out.

I was almost gonna give a good review, but the front desk service was unprofessional, and my 1 bedroom suite was far from clean. Absolutely ridiculous for the price! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but i guess that's too much to ask. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel, as it did not meet my standards.

The spacious room was perfect for my family, and my aunt loved the nearby cycling trails that make exploring Round Rock easy! We enjoyed the saltwater pool. It was great for unwinding together after a fun day.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.

The roomy suites came with a complete kitchen. A great gym and cool bike rentals for outdoor fun. Enjoyed the super calm place too! I had a fantastic stay overall.

The room was supposed to be a 1 Bedroom Suite, but it didn't hit the mark. The vibe felt off right away, and the front desk guy was a bit unprofessional. I planned to pay with cash, but that turned into a hassle. The room did have some nice features like a kitchenette, good for cooking, but overall, I didn't feel welcomed. The bed was okay but not super comfy, and I just expected more for the price.

The kitchenette was really handy for grabbing quick bites, feel more like home. I enjoyed unwinding by the saltwater pool and relaxing on the sun loungers. Just a heads up, the ceiling was a bit low in my room, but it didn't spoil my time at all 😊

But goodness, my room was about as clean as a toddler's lunchbox-just don't look too closely! And let's just say, I wasn't thrilled about my daily hair surprises!
